BITEC provides a competitive limited warranty program covering the requirements of most roofing projects. Roofing systems are complex in nature. Therefore, in an effort to relieve confusion associated with some roof system specification requirements it is best to contact our Technical Services Department at: 1-800-535-8597, for program explanation. Our Technical Services Department can explain, in detail, the requirements of our warranty programs.

• BITEC offers limited warranties for materials only with coverage periods of 10 or 12 years.
• BITEC offers limited labor and material warranties with coverage periods starting at 10 years and going up to and including 20 years. (Certain restrictions apply. You must be an Authorized BITEC Applicator to request this warranty.)
• BITEC offers limited 25 year material only coverage for Mineral Design MDA & MDS as well as certain commercial roof warranties depending upon system conditions. (Certain restrictions apply.)
