1Authorized Applicators are roofing contractor companies that have been authorized by BITEC, INC. to request and obtain certain roof membrane system warranties. The roofing contractor company is not an employee, agent or representative of BITEC, INC., and receives no remuneration from BITEC, INC. for their services. Complete details about the Authorized Applicator Program can be obtained by requesting the same in writing from: BITEC, INC., PO BOX 497, Morrilton, AR 72110-0497. The roofing contractor company is required to have and maintain specified limits of  liability insurance coverage, and is responsible for fulfilling all warranty requirements.
